Course Content

This popular course is suitable for service and installation engineers from a variety of market sectors who have a legislative requirement to complete a Minor Electrical Works Certificate following completion of domestic/industrial installation work.

Growing demand is now placed upon anybody performing this type of work to provide adequate certification on completion of works, in line with the requirements of BS7671:2008.

Although the course focuses directly on the action of inspecting and testing of minor works, some issues relating to installation practices are covered. It is recommended that delegates have an understanding of electrical installation practices.
